Feature guide

Migrations and scroll costs

See who is moving in and out of a kingdom, get pinged when someone enters or leaves yours, and find the best kingdom for your needs with a lot of filters like scroll cost and minimum population.

The basics

Two jobs: watch the moves, find your kingdom

This feature has two halves. The first shows migrations: who arrived in a kingdom and who left, over the last 7 days, with optional alerts for your own kingdom. The second helps you plan your own move: the scroll cost for a single player, a whole guild, or the cheapest way into a kingdom, all worked out in scrolls.

Part one

Watch who is moving

Check the last 7 days of movement for any kingdom, or turn on alerts so Onyx tells you the moment someone moves in or out of your kingdom.

Look it up

In and out migrations

All three commands show the 20 newest moves over the last 7 days and default to your own kingdom when you leave the number off.

1

Both directions

Arrivals and departures together for a kingdom.

/migrations [kingdom]
2

Arrivals only

Just who moved in.

/migrationsin [kingdom]
3

Departures only

Just who moved out.

/migrationsout [kingdom]
Get pinged

Enter and leave alerts

Both alerts are off by default. Turn on the ones you want, then set the might range so you only hear about players that matter to you.

1

Someone moves into your kingdom

Get a line every time a player migrates in.

/alertkingdomenter on [VNX] NEYVI migrated in from K212
2

Someone leaves your kingdom

Same idea for departures.

/alertkingdomleave on
3

Set the might range

These two set the minimum and maximum might for the migration alerts. The same range is shared with the guild-switch and rename alerts, so setting it once covers all three.

/alertminmight might /alertmaxmight might
Off by default. Nothing pings you until you send /alertkingdomenter on or /alertkingdomleave on. If you never see alerts, check the might range too, since a move outside it stays quiet.

Part two

Migration cost in scrolls

Migration scroll cost depends on the might you are moving and the kingdom you are entering. Onyx does the math for one player, a full guild, or the cheapest way in, and hands you an Excel file each time.

One player

Scroll cost for one might

Give a might and get every kingdom's scroll cost for that might, sorted cheapest first.

1

Run the cost check

The optional second number caps the list so it only shows kingdoms at or under that scroll count.

/migrationcost might [maxScrolls] Excel: scroll cost per kingdom, cheapest first
2

Example

Get the scroll cost of a 3B might across every kingdom.

/migrationcost 3B
Whole guild

Scroll cost for a guild's move

Point at a guild and a target kingdom, and Onyx works out the scroll cost for every member.

1

Run it per guild

The Excel lists each member with their own scroll cost into that kingdom. The guild tag is case-sensitive, so type it exactly as it appears in game.

/guildmigrationcost guild kingdom Excel: each member and their scroll cost
2

Example

Get the scroll cost for the whole VNX guild moving into K212.

/guildmigrationcost VNX 212
The clever one

Find the cheaper door

Kingdoms are sorted into chalice groups. Any kingdom in a group can reach the rest of that group, so entering a cheaper kingdom in the same group gets you to the same place for fewer scrolls. Onyx finds that cheaper door for you.

1

Give the might and target

Onyx looks at the target kingdom's chalice group, finds the cheapest entry kingdom in it, and tells you how many scrolls you save versus going straight in.

/chalicemigrationcost might kingdom Cheapest entry kingdom, savings summary, and Excel
2

Example

Get a 2B might into K500's group for the least scrolls.

/chalicemigrationcost 2B 500
Case matters. For /guildmigrationcost the guild tag is case-sensitive. If you get nothing back, check the capital letters before anything else.

Shopping for a kingdom

Filter every kingdom with /findkingdom

When you do not have a target in mind yet, /findkingdom filters all kingdoms by number range, population, top-50 strength and shield activity, then exports the matches to Excel. Add only the filters you care about.

Filters

Narrow the field

1

Kingdom number range

Limit the search to a band of kingdom numbers with kmin= and kmax=.

2

Population

Set a minimum and maximum on how many players a kingdom has with popmin= and popmax=.

3

Top-50 strength and shields

Filter by top-50 strength with top50= and top50max=, and by shield activity with sd= and unshieldedmin=.

/findkingdom kmin=1100 kmax=1300 popmin=800 sd=100 Excel: every kingdom that matches your filters
